The annual gala for announcement and awards, initiated and conducted by Living Property NC, was held at the Rocks Hotel on the 18th November 2011.
Sweetwater Bay was commended as the BEST DEVELOPMENT among all of North Cyprus properties, winning the Platinum award of the category, as well as a the Platinum Awards for both SEA FRONT DEVELOPMENT and LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT categories.
Having previously won the PLATINUM award for BEST DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHERN CYPRUS 2009 and the GOLD award for BEST SEASIDE DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHERN CYPRUS Sweetwater Bay continues to be considered the best development built and maintained in Northern Cyprus.
The awards followed a judgment process held by the organizers, in which the site was visited and reviewed by the judges.

the GOLD Award for BEST SEASIDE DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHERN CYPRUS.
