21.11.2009 - PLATINUM Award for BEST DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHERN CYPRUS |

Sweetwater Bay has won the PLATINUM Award for best development in northern cyprus 2009 as well as the GOLD Award for 'best seaside development in northern Cyprus'.
The award was granted by president Talat in the 'Living Property NC' annual gala held at the Rocks Hotel.
