Sam and the team at SWB have spent many hours finding and fixing the water leakage problem in our apartment (118 GLF), and when I thanked them for the time and effort they’d put in, Sam generously said that it was mainly due to you allowing them to spend the hours working on it.
The customer service we have received has been fantastic, and I appreciate this all the more as I know that this is unfortunately far from normal in the TRNC.
The apartment was our first purchase at SWB, and we subsequently bought a villa (C54) on the development too.
